What we collect

When you order or enquire we collect your name, email address, contact number, delivery address and any notes you send us. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by ROVI.

How we use it

To process your order, arrange delivery and setup, provide warranty support and answer your enquiries. If you opt in, we also send occasional product updates — you can opt out at any time by replying to any email.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to fulfil your order, such as our payment provider, email provider and delivery partners. We do not sell your personal data.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing hello@rovi.sg. We keep order records for as long as needed for warranty and accounting purposes.
